§ 3Vilkår for bruk av produktbetegnelsen

Gorgonzola skal produseres, bearbeides, foredles, pakkes, merkes og omsettes i samsvar med bestemmelsene i forordning (EF) nr. 1107/96 om beskyttelse av betegnelsen, jf. produktspesifikasjonen som endret ved forordning (EF) nr. 104/2009 og Summary slik det fremgår av Official Journal OJ C 111, 6.5.2008 s. 51.

§ 4Ikrafttredelse

Forskriften trer i kraft straks.
